LyLift System – Freeze-drying made simple
Our innovative LyLift solution combines the LyStopper and the LyCap into one – clicked and fused securely into place during lyophilization. As a result, both the LyCap and the LyStopper can be lifted out as one unit, streamlining the process and minimizing handling steps.
It simplifies handling and improves process safety for immunoassays and other applications that involve lyophilization. The LyStopper is also available in the conventional design enabling easy integration into existing setups.
Application
The LyLift system combines stopper and cap into one unit that can be removed together after freeze-drying – saving time and reducing handling. It is ideal for immunoassays and other lyophilization-based applications and can be easily integrated into existing processes.
Step 1: The LyStopper is placed on the vial filled with substances and ready for lyophilization.
Step 2: After lyophilization, the LyStopper is pressed into the vial and the LyCap is screwed on. A click indicates that both parts are fused together.
Step 3: On unscrewing, the LyCap and the LyStopper lift out as one unit.
