TPE lyophilization stoppers are a latex-free, additive-free alternative to rubber. Production in a cleanroom facility ensures maximum product purity and eliminates the need for post-production washing processes. Inline camera control inspects for quality.
Made from USP Class VI-compliant, biocompatible materials, the TPE stoppers are sterilizable by gamma, steam, or EtO. Fully recyclable and customizable in color and formulation, they offer a clean, sustainable solution for pharma and diagnostics.
Field of use
Made of thermoplastic elastomer, the stoppers are free of latex and additives, offer maximum purity and do not require washing. They can be sterilized (gamma, steam, EtO), are fully recyclable and are a sustainable alternative to rubber in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.
